The humidity level can be set up using the plus (+) and minus (-) control buttons within a range of 35%RH (Relative Humidity) to 85%RH in 5% increments each time one of the relative buttons are pressed, as long as no other functions (Cont., Dryer or Smart) are in operation simultaneously. - Does this have “auto shut off” when the desired humidity level is reached?

Yes. This dehumidifier includes a very complete user manual with instructions, setting information and cleaning guide. - Does it need a filter replacing?
No. It has a washable and reusable air filter in the back of the unit, which should be checked and cleaned every 20 days. - How often cleaning the tank is needed?
The tank should be cleaned every 2 weeks to prevent mold and bacteria growth. - Does the package include a drain hose?
