Ultenic K10 Smart Air Fryer: Main Features and Benefits
- The Ultenic K10 works with 360° rapid air circulation technology which allows you to cook not only in less time but also healthier dishes by using little or no oil, resulting in crispy and delicious food with 85% less calories than traditional frying. (Good to know: if you want to use a little oil in your oil-free fryer make sure you never put more than 1 tablespoon or 30 ml on the food and if possible use an oil sprayer to spread the oil evenly over the food. Never pour oil directly into the basket).
- The Ultenic K10 is a smart air fryer with WiFi connection that allows you to control all its functions and programmes from a mobile app compatible with iOS and Android devices. Simply download the Ultenic app on your phone or tablet and in just a few seconds you will have full control of this fryer. What’s more, as it is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, you can also control it using your voice!
- Thanks to its 5 litre capacity basket, with the Ultenic K10 you can cook for up to 5 people in less time, with less effort and using less cooking utensils than usual.
- It includes 11 preset programmes: Shrimp, French Fries, Steaks, Vegetables, Onion Rings, Fish, Pizza, Bacon, Toast, Pie, Chicken Wings. To select them, just press the corresponding button on the panel located on the top of the fryer. Each programme has a default temperature and time, although you can adjust both to your liking in the following range: temperature between 77-205° C and time from 1 to 60 minutes depending on the weight of the food.
- The Ultenic K10 includes a Preheat function at an adjustable temperature between 165°C and 205°C, and between 3 and 5 minutes. The air fryer will beep when it has finished preheating. This function will allow for more effective cooking.
- The Ultenic K10 also includes a Keep Warm function that preserves the heat of the food by keeping it warm for up to 60 minutes! The time is adjustable!
- This smart air fryer includes a SHAKE reminder that will beep so that during cooking, don’t forget to remove the basket and shake, stir or flip the food so that foods such as fries, chicken wings or steak cook/steak evenly.
- The Ultenic K10 allows you to program when you want the fryer to start cooking.
- It allows pause/restart cooking for up to 30 minutes, after which time it will automatically turn off. In addition, you can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- The Ultenic K10 is a very easy to use air fryer either using its digital touch screen located on the top of the appliance and/or via the app.
- It is a very safe air fryer with automatic shut-off and overheat protection. Each time you remove the basket the fryer will automatically switch off, along with the LED display, until the basket is reinserted into the unit, at which point cooking will automatically restart. After 5 minutes from the end of the cooking process, the air fryer will automatically switch off.
- It includes a paper cookbook and hundreds of recipes in the app that you can customise and save.
- The basket is non-stick, BPA and PFOA free and dishwasher safe. Even without a dishwasher, they are really easy to clean in hot water with a mild detergent or dish soap. The main body of the air fryer is also easy to clean using a damp cloth with diluted detergent.

- Is it necessary to add oil to the potatoes?
It is not necessary, but adding a tablespoon of oil on top of the potatoes will make them much more golden brown and crispy. Do not use more than 30 ml or one tablespoon of oil as too much oil can cause a fire inside the basket. We recommend that you use an oil sprayer so that the oil is distributed evenly and in a thin layer on the surface of the food. - Does it have an auto-off function?
Yes, after 5 minutes of cooking and every time you remove the basket to mix or turn the food, the unit will automatically switch off. - Does the fryer need to be preheated before use?
It is recommended to preheat the air fryer before putting the food in it, unless it is already hot, for more effective cooking. - Can I cook pizza in the Ultenic K10?
Yes, for this you need a pizza tray like the one included in most 5L air fryer accessory sets. - Is the Ultenic K10 dishwasher safe?
Only the basket! The appliance should never be immersed in water.
